Terms of Service

Last updated: 29 September 2026

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of GatiDoc. GatiDoc is provided by Dip Rohitbhai Desai, carrying on business under the trade name TECHNOFET (“TECHNOFET”, “GatiDoc”, “we”, “us” or “our”, as applicable).

By creating an account, purchasing or subscribing to GatiDoc, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use GatiDoc on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organisation.

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy, which applies alongside these Terms.

1. About GatiDoc

GatiDoc is sales execution software designed to help businesses with activities such as:

  • creating and managing quotations and related sales documents
  • managing customer and product information
  • quotation follow-up
  • sales context and history
  • AI-assisted sales workflows
  • other functionality made available within the service

GatiDoc is not accounting, ERP, tax or legal software, and it does not provide financial, tax or legal advice. The features available may depend on your plan and may evolve over time; not every feature is guaranteed to be available to every customer at all times.

2. Eligibility and business use

GatiDoc is intended primarily for legitimate business use.

You must provide accurate information when creating or maintaining an account. If you use GatiDoc for an organisation, you must be authorised to do so. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of GatiDoc complies with the laws that apply to your own business.

3. Accounts and access

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • Credentials should not be shared with people who are not authorised to use them.
  • The customer is responsible for activity carried out through its authorised accounts.
  • Suspected unauthorised access should be reported promptly to support@gatidoc.com.
  • Access may depend on the number of seats included in the selected plan.

4. Subscriptions and plans

GatiDoc offers subscription plans. Current plans are described on our Pricing page.

The plan, seat allowance, subscription period and price that apply to you are those presented when you purchase or agree to the subscription. Prices are in INR unless otherwise stated. GST or other legally applicable taxes are additional where stated.

We may change pricing or plan structures for future subscription periods. A pricing change does not retroactively change the price of a subscription period you have already paid for.

5. Monthly and annual billing

Monthly. A monthly subscription covers the applicable monthly subscription period.

Annual. Where the annual option is offered, the current pricing model provides 12 months of access for the equivalent of 10 months of the corresponding listed monthly price — in other words, 2 months free compared with paying the listed monthly price for 12 months.

Payment and any continuation into a new subscription period are handled according to the billing method communicated to you at the time of purchase or agreement.

6. Cancellation

You may choose not to continue your subscription for a future subscription period.

Choosing not to continue does not automatically entitle you to a refund for a subscription period that has already started. Where appropriate to the billing arrangement, access may continue until the end of the applicable paid period.

To discuss cancellation or non-continuation, contact support@gatidoc.com.

7. Refunds

Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the applicable monthly period has begun. Annual subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the annual period has begun.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any refund, remedy or right that must be provided under applicable law. If GatiDoc expressly agrees otherwise with a customer in writing, that written arrangement may apply.

8. Trials, demos and promotional offers

GatiDoc may offer demonstrations of the service. A demo does not create any entitlement to continued free use.

If trials, promotional pricing or special offers are provided in the future, their specific terms may be communicated separately.

9. Customer data

You may enter or upload business information into GatiDoc, including customer, product, quotation and related sales information. You remain responsible for:

  • having appropriate rights or authority to provide that information
  • its accuracy
  • the legality of its collection and use
  • providing any notices or obtaining any permissions required for it

GatiDoc does not claim ownership of your business data. We process customer data as necessary to provide and operate the service, subject to our Privacy Policy and any applicable arrangements.

10. Quotations, invoices and business documents

GatiDoc provides tools that help you create and manage business documents. You remain responsible for reviewing documents before sending or relying on them, including verifying, where applicable:

  • customer details
  • product or service details
  • quantities and specifications
  • prices and discounts
  • taxes and GST treatment
  • charges
  • payment, delivery and other commercial terms
  • statutory information

GatiDoc does not independently guarantee that a quotation, invoice or other document satisfies every legal, tax, accounting or regulatory requirement applicable to your business. You should obtain appropriate professional advice where necessary.

11. AI features

GatiDoc may provide AI-assisted functionality, such as:

  • generating or assisting with quotation information
  • sales follow-up assistance
  • answering questions using available sales and business context
  • surfacing insights
  • assisting with sales conversations or negotiation context

AI-generated outputs, recommendations, summaries or suggestions may be incomplete, inaccurate or inappropriate for a particular situation. You must review AI output before relying on it. AI features do not provide legal, accounting, tax or financial advice.

The salesperson and the business remain responsible for final decisions, customer communication, pricing, discounts, negotiations and documents. The salesperson sells, reviews and decides; GatiDoc assists.

12. Acceptable use

You must not use GatiDoc to:

  • violate applicable law
  • infringe another person's rights
  • upload or distribute unlawful or malicious material
  • attempt unauthorised access to the service or any account
  • interfere with the service or its infrastructure
  • introduce malware or harmful code
  • abuse or circumvent usage or access restrictions
  • reverse engineer the service, except where such a restriction is prohibited by applicable law
  • use another person's account without permission
  • carry out fraudulent or deceptive activity

13. Intellectual property

GatiDoc, its software, interface, branding and related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to the service provider.

Your subscription gives you a limited right to use the service during the applicable subscription or access period. You retain the rights you have in your own data and content, including your quotations, product data and customer records.

14. Third-party services

Parts of GatiDoc and its website rely on third-party service providers. Our Privacy Policy currently identifies the relevant providers, including Firebase, Vercel (public website hosting), Lovable Cloud (website backend services), Resend, Anthropic Claude, YouTube (Google) for embedded website video playback, and Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for analytics on the public website only, where the visitor allows it.

These are infrastructure and service providers used to operate GatiDoc and its website. They are not product integrations offered to customers.

15. Service changes and availability

GatiDoc may improve, modify, add or discontinue features as the product develops. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and no uptime commitment, support response time or service level applies unless separately agreed in writing.

Material changes affecting a paid customer's current service will be handled reasonably.

16. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated where reasonably necessary, for example because of:

  • material breach of these Terms
  • unlawful or fraudulent use
  • security threats
  • non-payment where payment is due
  • misuse that harms the service or other users

Where reasonable and legally appropriate, we may give you an opportunity to remedy the issue. Advance notice may not be possible in every situation, as immediate action may sometimes be necessary for security or legal reasons.

17. Data after termination

Access to the service and to customer data may cease following termination or expiry.

Handling of data after termination is subject to the Privacy Policy, applicable law and any specific written arrangement with the customer. You should keep copies of any business records you are legally or operationally required to retain.

18. Disclaimers

GatiDoc is business software and is not a substitute for your own commercial judgment. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that:

  • the service will always be uninterrupted
  • every feature will always be error-free
  • AI output will always be accurate
  • using GatiDoc will produce a particular sales result
  • a customer will accept a quotation
  • follow-ups will result in sales
  • generated documents will automatically satisfy every business, legal or tax requirement

19. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, GatiDoc is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of profits, business or opportunities, arising from use of the service.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, GatiDoc's total liability for direct losses relating to the service is limited to the fees paid or payable by the customer for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

20. Indemnity

You are responsible for claims made against GatiDoc by third parties to the extent they result from:

  • your unlawful use of the service
  • content or data you provide without appropriate rights
  • your material breach of these Terms

21. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any jurisdiction or dispute-resolution arrangement validly agreed between the parties.

22. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as GatiDoc evolves or as legal or business requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. For material changes, reasonable notice may be provided where appropriate. Changes apply prospectively as appropriate and subject to applicable law.
